ESSENTIAL AWARENESS is the first in the Sounds of Awareness Series.
Essential Awareness utilizes sound and silence in repeating Cycles. For each of the four Cycles, the bowl is initially struck once followed by one minute of silence. There are four Cycles. At the beginning of each Cycle, a Tibetan bowl is struck, followed by a period of silence. The number of bowl strikes and length of the silent period differs for each Cycle.
Essential Awareness is designed to support various types and lengths of meditation practices and as an aid to developing awareness and presence in general task oriented activities. The CD can be programmed in a variety of ways to meet the user’s specific needs. Utilizing state of the art technology, the pristine recording of the Tibetan bowl will impress and lovingly embrace even the most discriminating ears. Consistent use of the Essential Awareness CD results in an overall sense of well-being in mind, body and emotion.
